** CIRCUIT UNKNOWN ;DISTRICT 1996** Allegan Circuit is now willing to run searches to obtain scopes past the 7 years available on MICOURTS. They are charging $5.00 a search and $3.00 for the first page of a search’s results, then $1.00 per page afterwards. For those of you who wish to run these through the Clerks to obtain a larger scope, the TAT will increase to obtain these documents. The clerks have said this will depend on the kind of volume they will be getting for searches as what to expect for timely returns, because extended scope is clerk assistance, we don't know ETA when returning circuit court and due to district still being a 7 year scope, we will continue to provide 7 year in Allegan. Please let us know if you wish us to run your searches through the Circuit court in Allegan for the additional fees or if you want to keep a 7 year scope in Circuit and retain the same TAT and pricing.
