9/2/25 - The state of Nevada is still working to restore systems and state websites impacted by the cyberattack that took place on Wednesday, 8/27/25. At this time, criminal and civil orders cannot be completed out of the following counties due to system outages: Carson City, Churchill, Humboldt, Lander, Lincoln, Lyon, Mineral, and Nye.
National Sex Offender Registry – Currently, all National Sex Offender Registry (NSOR) orders are paused due to the Nevada state outage. If you would like InformData to complete your NSOR orders excluding the state of NV, please contact support@informdata.com.
8/27/25 - The state of Nevada experienced a cybersecurity incident affecting state offices, websites, and court systems. At this time, multiple products out of Nevada have been impacted including Sex Offender Registry, Motor Vehicle Reports, Criminal and Civil searches.
Currently, court systems for the following counties have confirmed outages and/or intermittent issues: Carson City, Churchill, Humboldt, Lander, Lincoln, Lyon, Mineral, Nye, and Storey.

Orleans Parish experienced a ransomware cyber attack on Thursday, 9/4, that has caused system outages impacting the primary index used to complete criminal orders. The City of New Orleans IT department is working to restore impacted systems, secure the network, and determine the source of the attack. At this time, no ETA can be provided on when the systems are expected to be restored and accessible again. Please expect delays on all Orleans County criminal orders while the outage persists, as searches must be completed by the court clerks and there are limitations on how many searches can be submitted to the clerks at a time. |
