Connect Court Delays.

3/25/25 - Please expect delays on all orders as Cobb’s primary index is currently down for maintenance. No ETA for restoration has been provided at this time.

12/19/24 - Cobb is continuing to experience intermittent outages and loading issue with their system. This is leading to continued research delays on many Cobb orders. 

08/27/2024, while Cobb County has declared a judicial emergency due to a software issue, research capabilities remain unaffected at this time. However, please anticipate potential delays.

08/01/2024, Superior and State Courts access has been restored. However, Superior Court access is slow. Please anticipate continued delays.

The Superior and State Courts are experiencing an internet outage, resulting in the public access terminal being down. There is currently no estimated time or timeline for when access will be restored. Please anticipate delays.

1/28/25 - Riverside Superior Court case management system is currently experiencing technical difficulties, resulting in frequent crashes during use by both the public computers and court clerks at the courthouse. Please expect delays on all Riverside orders while the system issues persist.

The online index is currently providing back error messages which has caused a pause to our automation capabilities. Orders will be completed through conventional researchers while the online index continues to send back errors. Please expect delays while the issues persist.

4/29/25 - The Lyndhurst Municipal court index has been restored. Our team is working on completing all pending orders impacted by the outages.

4/22/25 - The online index for Lyndhurst Municipal Court is currently down with no ETA on restoration. Please expect delays on all Cuyahoga orders requiring a search of Lyndhurst Municipal Court. 

4/8/25 - The Cleveland Municipal court PAT and online index have been restored, however our team is working through pending orders that were on hold due to the outage and cyber security incident. This delay will remain posted until orders have been caught up in Cuyahoga county. 

3/6/25 - The Cleveland Municipal court remains closed with their online index inaccessible and no ETA on when services will be restored. If you would like InformData to complete your Cuyahoga, OH orders without a search of the Cleveland Municipal court, please email us at support@informdata.com. 

The Cleveland Municipal court has experienced a cyber security incident. The court is currently closed and access to their online index has been removed. The court has stated that there is an ongoing investigation of the incident but has not provided a timeline for restoration. Cuyahoga orders will be on hold until access to the online index and court has been restored.

Please expect delays on all criminal orders due to clerk training taking place at the Justice court. Our researchers are working with the court to minimize delays as much as possible.

Houston is moving from iDocket online index to a new system that is only accessible onsite at the court. Please expect delays on Houston, TX orders as we adjust our research and fulfillment processes accordingly.

Upton, Goliad, and Schleicher counties have moved from iDocket to re:SearchTX online index. The re:SearchTX website has been experiencing frequent errors and crashes which has delayed testing of the site. Please expect delays in these counties while we work to complete testing of the new website.

Please expect delays due to clerk staffing challenges. Our team is working with the court to minimize delays as much as possible. Currently, there is no ETA on when the court will increase clerk staff.

Please expect delays on all orders in the following counties due to changes with the online indexes requiring updates to our automation capabilities. Orders are being completed through conventional research while our team works to restore automation in these counties:

El Paso, Bowie, Gillespie, Harrison, Henderson, Hutchinson, Wood, Medina, Panola, Matagorda, Waller, Randall, Lamar, Guadalupe, Walker, Navarro, Tarrant.

Please expect delays on all criminal orders due to new security enhancements made to the online index requiring updates to our automation. Orders will be completed through conventional research while our team works to complete updates to our automation.

Please expect delays on any orders requiring clerk assistance due to clerk staffing. The clerks have stated to expect delays until Monday, May 5^th.

4/29/25 - The Municipal online index has been restored as of 4/23/25. Please continue to expect delays as our team works through all pending orders impacted by the outage.

4/22/25 - The Marietta Municipal online index is currently down and inaccessible. Court clerks anticipate the index to be restored next week. Please expect delays on all orders until the index has been restored.

Franklin County court is currently open at a temporary location with no Public Access Terminal available to search. Court clerks have stated they are working on restoring access to a PAT but cannot provide an ETA at this time. Please continue to expect extended delays on all Franklin orders until PAT access has been restored.

Please expect delays in the following GA counties due to online index changes requiring updates to our automation. Our team is working diligently to restore all automation capabilities and complete orders through conventional research: Chatham, Bryan, and Henry counties.

Lima Municipal court is implementing a new Case Management System. At this time, all orders requiring a search of the Lima Municipal court have been paused. Please expect delays until the new system has been implemented. 

Please expect delays as intermittent website issues continue to impact payment processes with our source. Our team is working closely with our contacts to obtain further updates and minimize delays as much as possible. At this time there is no ETA on when the issues will be fully resolved.

Due to a security update implemented on the court’s online index, we are experiencing intermittent issues with our automation capabilities in the county. Please expect delays while our team works to make updates to our automation. At this time, orders in Fulton are being researched manually to minimize delays as much as possible.
