Our platform migration to Connect is underway, and the deprecation of our Fuse platform is on the horizon. Consolidating all our customers onto a single operating platform simplifies ordering, enhances our service capabilities, and boosts overall efficiency – all without the hassle of managing multiple systems. And while the actual migration process can be intimidating, the benefits far outweigh the hurdles. As Vince emphasized in the webinar, “The whole goal is to make sure that the client experience is the best it has ever been.”
Our decision to consolidate into a single system has driven significant investments in improving the technology behind the Connect platform. Enhancements span system performance, turnaround time efficiency, data intelligence, and data security—all important factors our clients deserve from their ordering platform.
